At LūMA Cycles we pride ourselves on producing and selling the highest quality bicycle frames available. All of our frames are made to our exacting standards and inspected before being shipped to a customer. We fully stand behind the material and manufacturing techniques used in the production of our frames. 

Lifetime Warranty 

LūMA Cycles guarantees our frames to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for the lifetime of ownership from the purchase date and sealed to the original owner. This warranty is not transferable. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any frame we deem defective. 

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following: Improper assembly, incorrect components, modification or alteration, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident, Improper maintenance or corrosion.

Crash Replacement

Crashes happen. If you damaged you LūMA Cycles frame in a way that is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we offer our Crash Replacement program. Reach out to us email rob@lumacycles.com and we can get started on helping you get back on two wheels. This program extends to the original owner of the frameset only, and it is not transferable.
